Non-permanent employees

Non-permanent employees (such as visiting scholars, visiting scientists, temporary lab employees, etc.) must have their keys renewed every three months, six months, or one year depending on the length of time you need access to the space. When that expiration date approaches, Andrea Mauton will contact either you or your sponsor/supervisor to verify your continued need for the key(s). Based on that response, you may receive an email requesting that your key(s) be returned.
