Summary of career path: I worked at Caterpillar after graduation in 3 different roles: failure analysis engineer, metallurgical lab supervisor, and 6 Sigma Black Belt in the parts distribution network. I then moved over to XPO Logistics as a Solutions Engineer, Sr. Manager of Engineering, and now Director of Engineering.
